All groups of twelve or more are required to select from one of our fixed-price menus. These are designed so our kitchen can take care of your whole party without compromising on quality.

Richmond Station is open for lunch Monday through Friday. Private lunch bookings on Saturday and Sunday are available with a minimum spend — contact us to arrange.

Our most intimate space. The Pantry seats up to twelve guests and offers a degree of privacy while keeping you connected to the energy of the dining room. Book by emailing us directly.

Common questions.

How does the booking process work?
Use the "Start Planning" or "Let's Get Started" buttons on this page to submit a request through our events platform. Our reservations team will follow up by email or phone to confirm details, discuss menu selection, and arrange the deposit.
Why is a fixed-price menu required for large groups?
Our kitchen is small relative to the size of our dining room — by design. A fixed-price menu allows us to take care of your whole party at once without compromising the quality we serve every table. It also makes the evening smoother for your guests.
Does Richmond Station have a private dining room?
We don't have a fully private room with a closing door. The Pantry is our most secluded space and seats up to twelve guests. For complete privacy, a full restaurant buyout is the right option — contact us to discuss availability.
Can we book lunch on a weekend?
We don't offer regular lunch service on weekends, but private lunch buyouts on Saturday and Sunday are available with a minimum spend. Email reservations@richmondstation.ca to enquire about weekend availability.
